Deposits
All new bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. This is for security purposes such as late cancelations or no shows. The deposit will be deducted from the remaining total price left to be paid on the day of your service.
Cancelations and Reschedules
We require more than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service. When given ample notice of cancelling or rescheduling we can credit the deposit and move it to the new service date. However cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, will result in loss of deposit and possible cancellation fees.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment a new deposit will need to be placed for a future service.
No Show
If you do not show up for your service without giving us prior warning it will be automatic loss of deposit.
If you wish to book a future treatment after not showing up to a previous appointment you will be required to pay the full amount upfront to secure the booking.
Arrival Time
Please allow extra travel time and aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your service.
If you are running any later than 15 minutes we will have to cancel the treatment due to insufficient time and you will lose the booking deposit.
Extra People
We do not have compatible space for extra people to attend your treatment with you, so please ensure the correct number of people arrive to the treatment.
This applies to all friends, family and children as well.
Surcharges
All card transactions incure a 0.95% - 1.3% card surcharge for the use of electronic checkout services.
If you would like to avoid this there is the option to pay in cash.
